The which label form is created when trying to print a label using the Avery J8651 sheet of labels. The purpose is to select which label to print onto when a partially used sheet is inserted into the printer. This process is not recommended by Avery, no doubt because of the possibility or labels peeling off in the printer. I have experienced no problems.
Imagine that the screen is a page of labels. If some are already used, just click on the position of the first usable label. In the image shown, there are just 42 labels left to be used. Clicking on the All button will start a fresh sheet of labels. The program will generally remember what you used last, and keep position for you. When called from the product modify screen, there is an option to print multiple labels. Just over type the number of labels, which has a default value of 01, with the number that you require, in the small box to the left of the All button. [Previous] [Main] [Next] |
