The Stock modify screen shows the stock record associated with products.
The stock record is frequently referred to as the SKU or stock keeping unit as it is this record that keeps a record of the number of items in stock, here referred to as the Stock quantity. There is a facility to jump to any required record by typing in a stock ID into the search box and pressing the tab key.
The values Q1 to Q6 and QT are used to store the number of items sold in each sales period, and the number in the past month which is used in the calculation of yield and sell by date. Qroci is used in the calculation of the yield or return on investment.
