Sale

The Sale screen, reached by the menu option Tables|Sale, allows a record of past sales to be examined. Forward and backward buttons allow stepping through sales in sequence. Alternatively, a particular sale can be selected in the 'Tables|Sales' menu selection, and then the Details buton clicked. Any sales record can be printed by pressing the Print button.
An operator cannot modify any of the details of past sales.
Individual sales records will show if a sale was cash, charged, own use, a return, a loss, a waste or received on account.
Tracking information is displayed alongside the price when it exists.(TODO)
