The operator password dialog box is shown whenever F4 (log on) or F3 (log off) is pressed. It is also displayed each time the program is run. To log in, type the assigned password into the box and click the OK button or press Enter. Note that the password may be preceded by the digits 1004, without affecting the result. This enables the recognition of an operator's pass by the sales screen.


Before operators have been created for the system, log on by typing 0 followed by the Enter key.
There is a need to log in at additional times if the logging in options is altered in the settings screen.
The operator ID, or password, should not in general use be too short. A six digit number would be preferable to provide some level of security.
