Starting stock

This screen is activated from the menu with 'Stock |Starting stock'.
If there are any temporary stock items, the 'New Product' screen will appear. The details for each product can be entered followed by clicking the 'OK' button; or the 'OK' button can be clicked without filling in any details. In this case the temporary products will remain to be defined at a later date.
When each of the temporary products has been dealt with, or immediately if there are none, the Starting sock screen will appear with the focus on the Product ID' box.
Type or scan a new product code (twice to ensure no miss-scans) and the 'New Product' screen will appear.
Pressing the 1000 Code button will create an unused 1000 code, including the initial 1000.
Entering a single letter will create a new product for a hot key. Pressing the Quit button with the mouse or pressing the Escape key returns to the sales screen.
