The Sale screen, reached by the menu option Tables|Sales|All, allows a record of past sales to be examined. A VCR type control is provided to step through the sales record. Any sales record can be printed by pressing the function key F10. An operator cannot modify any of the details of past sales. Other options on the menu selection are Accounts which allows for the examination of a customer's charged and received on account transactions, and Members, which allows the examination of all of a customer's transactions. The accounts option will display a record of all purchases and all payments and the net amount owed. When this screen is dismissed, the individual sales records for the client may be examined.
Individual sales records will show if a sale was charged as shown here, own use, a return, a loss, a waste or received on account. If a single item in the sale is discounted, or priced over, a message will be shown. [Previous] [Main] [Next] |
