When the Reports heading on the menu bar is clicked with the mouse, a number of options are revealed. 'Takings' and 'Cash up' are detailed elsewhere. Not completed shows a table of product sales that were not completed; no longer relevant. Own use shows all sales that have been charged to own use. Agency show individual agency transactions. Losses, Wastes and Returns show products that have been shown as lost on a stock count, or have been wasted or returned at the point of sale. Selecting Department reveals a sub-menu that allows these same losses, wastes and returns to be restricted to just one department. All of the results of these selections are shown in date and time order, with the most recent at the bottom of the screen. It can take some time to produce these results, so they should only be attempted during slack periods or after closing. They can be useful in tracking down errors when cashing up. Clicking the Cancel button or pressing the Escape key will close the Results screen. [Previous] [Main] [Next] |
