The keyboard should be set up with Caps Lock off and the Num Lock on. The screen should be set to a resolution of 1024x768 pixels for optimum layout. On starting off, press the function key F4 to log in as an operator. Type in your operator code followed by the enter key. As an initial guest operator, type in 0, (zero). Then press the function key F2 to create a sales screen. The box on the left shows the change tendered to the previous customer - blank to start with. The elongated box on the right is used to display sums recorded under Agency, such as PayPoint, or other bill payment system, for the previous sale. This provides a record so that charges can be applied to keys and cards after taking payment and completing the sale. You are now ready to start selling! [Previous] [Main] [Next] |
