It may be desired to set a limit on the amount of cash held in the cash drawer at any time. To do this you have to create a supplier with the name Cash Out and this supplier should be used in the Paid Out screen whenever cash is removed from the till drawer. You also need to change the level of the Cash Limit using the spin control on the Settings screen. This control changes the value in increments of £25. Subsequently, whenever there is too much cash in the till, after a clear screen, the screen turns yellow. Doing a Paid Out for sufficient cash using the Cash Out supplier, the screen will revert to its normal colour. The yellow also disappears during a normal sale, but returns when the screen is cleared.
