Balance

Selecting 'Customers|Balane' on the menu brings up the 'Customer by name' screen which is used to select a customer. Select one by clicking and then press the OK button to display the 'Balance' screen.
This shows a list of outstanding items purchased, and money received on account, together with the sale ID. At the bottom is the total charged and the total received since the account was opened, and the balance outstanding. Clear with the Escape key or clicking the Close button marked with a small x.
